OUR RECOMMENDATIONS

Organic Kickin' Chai's ingredients will give you the extra kick you need. Black tea contains more caffeine than other teas (but less than coffee). It also contains antioxidants and compounds that can help reduce inflammation in the body. Ginger can help settle an upset stomach and has anti-inflammatory properties. Cardamon is believed to help with heart health and lower cholesterol levels. It may also help fight bacteria in the mouth, a common cause of bad breath, cavities, and gum disease.

Increasing your activity levels? Feeling the muscle and joint pain? Nature's First Green contains ingredients that can help. Curcumin, the active compound of turmeric, may help reduce the repetitive trauma, inflammation, and pain that exercise can cause.
Turmeric is a powerful antioxidant, and antioxidants help to remove damaging free radicals. Pineapple is a source of antioxidants that can boost your immunity. Bromelain enzyme is a substance found in pineapple that contains anti-inflammatory properties.

New Dawn New Day, an herbal tea was created with detoxification in mind. Let's look at some of the ingredients. Tulsi, commonly known as holy basil, is not only a source of Vitamin K, important for transporting calcium through the body, it is also said to aid the digestive system and promote weight loss. Licorice is also said to relieve digestive issues, along with ginger and Burdock root, considered by some natural health practitioners, to function as twin powerhouses when it comes to easing nausea. Additionally, New Dawn New Day incorporates a selection of antioxidant rich flower petals, including Dandelion, said to aid in the cleansing of

the liver.
