WHY GRAMMIE'S LITTLE TEAPOT?

We would like you to meet Alastor Avery.

Our beautiful, perfect, 7 month old Grandson.

We lost him to SIDS in August of 2019.

But why Grammie's Little Teapot?

It was at his 5 month checkup that my daughter brought him home and shared his measurements.

He was in the 90th percentile for weight and 70th percentile for height. I laughed and jokingly said

"Alastor is a Little Teapot short and stout!" It stuck,

from then on I would sing to him and rock him back

and forth, "Grammie's little teapot, short and stout, here is his handle, here is his spout."

Oh my sweet little boy. This is for you.
