Stage 4 - Depression

This may be a period of isolation and loneliness during which you process and reflect on the loss. The reality of the loss may be felt more during this stage, as attempts to bargain for more time are not realized.  Withdrawal from others to deal with feelings of grief alone is a common occurrence during this stage.

Remember, grief is not linear. Progress is full of ups and downs.

These antioxidants work to eliminate free radicals that are caused by pollution, excessive drinking, and smoking.

Forget your keys? Can't remember your email password?  Memory Lane, blended with the memory-enhancing power of peppermint, gingko and turmeric can help. Peppermint can be used to help improve mental awareness. The menthol “stimulates the Hippocampus area of the brain which controls mental clarity and memory. Using it increases the oxygen count in your blood, increasing the flow to yourbrain causing you to be more attentive. Ginko is believed to improve cognitive function because it promotes good blood circulation in the brain and protects the brain and other parts from neuronal damage.

Pronounced "roy-boss", Why So Blue-Berry Rooibos offers a sweet, delicious flavor and high amounts of magnesium which is nature's way of helping the body react well to stress. Rooibos can also keep stress and anxiety at bay as the tea polyphenols aspalathin and nothofagin interfere with the production of cortisol. These two compounds were tested in a lab on adrenal cells that were stimulated to mimic a stress response like that which occurs in humans. The tests showed that Rooibos lowered the production of the stress hormone.
